Brewfitt’s existing Magento website was old and outdated. When the pandemic hit and their hospitality sector clients began closing their doors, the company decided to use the time to upgrade their site and transform their online presence so they were perfectly placed to grow once lockdown was over.
Yorkshire-based Brewfitt are pioneers of the original draught beer coolers and have been leading the way in creative dispense solutions for over 50 years. As a family business, they are deeply passionate about what they do and their success is measured by the satisfaction of their customers, always evolving and seeking to push themselves to remain at the pinnacle of dispense solutions.
We worked closely with the brand’s marketing team to map out a customer journey and develop a new site structure, design, content plan, and e-commerce offering that would deliver on the company’s goals and attract new clients to Brewfitt’s innovative solutions.
Over the following 6 months, our web development team migrated the company’s Magento data into a new e-commerce platform, delivering an easier-to-manage dashboard, improved product ordering process, and complex shipping solution.
Brewfitt’s new digital presence finally reflects the brand’s leading market position, showcasing its product offering in a clear, easy-to-navigate website. The bespoke e-commerce store is easier to manage and contains all the features they need to sell their products online. We continue to work with Brewfitt to provide ongoing technical support and digital marketing advice.
After speaking to Fallen Leaf we quickly realised our old website was failing to deliver inbound enquiries, convert leads and showcase us as market leaders. We needed to completely overhaul our site and solve these issues if we were going to grow further.
One of the best decisions we made was to work with Fallen Leaf on this project. The planning and project management alone was a huge task for our business, but Adam and his team made this process completely manageable for us.
We now have a website that we can really stand by, and that can also be managed and adapted as our business grows.Dan Kershaw Senior - Marketing Executive
