When submitting an inquiry via our website forms your data is held in our website database. This data is stored on our web server in a GDPR complaint data center in the UK. We only store this data for our own records to follow up on inquiries. This data may also be passed to our CRM System Accelo. This data is only stored in order to administer your account with Fallen Leaf Design LTD.
Data processing
We don’t share your data with any 3rd party without your consent or permission. By using our site and submitting your information to us you acknowledge that UKFast will store your data within their organization. This data is not processed by them nor do they take this data outside of their organization.
Site Usage
When a visitor comes to our site, we collect standard information about how visitors use our site. We do this to do a number of things such as track how many people come to our site, and what areas of the site are viewed. The information is collected in such a way that is completely anonymous, we do not want to collect personal data about yourself, and should we ever choose to do so, we would always be up-front and honest about it.
3rd Party Cookies & Analytics
As a web development agency we take the privacy of website visitors very seriously. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our website does not use any services such as Google Analytics, Google ReCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, Google Maps or any other 3rd party service that may track or store PIP - Personally Identifiable Information about our visitor's.
Our website does use analytics to help us monitor and improve how our visitor's use our website, but this is our own solution which uses no cookies, and anonymizes users data. This analytics solution is hosted on our web server in the same location as our website and is not shared with any 3rd party. It is because of these efforts that our website does not have a cookie consent banner.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss and alteration of information under our control.
